The staff were mostly friendly, and the room was clean with a comfy bed. Natural light was a plus, but noise from doors and flat pillows were minor drawbacks. Overall, a good stay.

The view of the bridge from my room was breathtaking! 🌉 although the shower area needed better cleaning, the cozy bed and delicious breakfast made up for it. Staff was a bit off, but overall a decent stay.

It was such great time in New York City. Fairly clean and stunningly beautiful hotel, pleasant staff and accommodating rooms.

the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, especially when we arrived early and in need of warmth and shelter. the room was spacious, clean, and well-priced. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Michael's and appreciated the convenience of paying the security deposit in cash.

This hotel, part of the Premier Collection, offers the best of a high-quality chain with the personalized service of a boutique. the rooms were clean, bright, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Four Points LIC when I come back to the city.
